To support our growing demand, we’re currently seeking a reliable and hardworking construction laborer to join our team. You’ll work on various job sites across Laval, the North Shore, and the Laurentians, helping to lay the groundwork for outstanding craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. Whether you’re helping prep the site, moving materials, or assisting skilled workers, your role is essential to every stage of the project.
Your role on our team:
Transport and organize building materials and tools
Set up and dismantle job site equipment (scaffolding, fencing, safety signage)
Maintain cleanliness and safety of job sites
Assist with tasks such as digging, backfilling, concrete pouring, and demolition
Support carpenters, framers, and other tradespeople with manual labor as needed
What we’re looking for:
Physically fit and comfortable with manual labor
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Able to follow instructions and work well within a team
Prior construction experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Valid ASP Construction Safety Card required (CNESST)
